Dr. Esam is a highly-skilled and regarded dentist in Portland and Vancouver with more than 10 years of dental experience. He is an active member of many national and local professional organizations: ADA, AARD, AAE, WSDA, and CCDS.

In addition to his expertise in general dentistry, he specializes in advanced restorative and endodontic care. He enjoys educating patients about the importance of oral health while helping them create healthy and beautiful smiles.

Dr. Esam lives in Camas with his wife and three sons. When he’s not making great smiles, he enjoys hiking, swimming, playing soccer, watching movies, and volunteering in his community.

Dr. Azizi graduated from Tehran Dental School in Iran in 1995 then to post-graduate school at UCLA. He specializes in dental surgery.

He became a dentist because he’s always wanted to help people. With his attention to detail, passion for the dental field, knowledge, and skills, he can help people achieve dental health by performing highly technical procedures and helping each patient during the recovery process. 

Dr. Azizi loves spending time with his wife and kids. When he’s not performing dental surgery, he enjoys family time, playing tennis, going on walks together, or making a Persian dish called Kobide kabab. He also enjoys hiking and swimming to stay active.

Alex grew up in Vancouver. He’s a graduate of Prairie High School and continued his education locally, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science for Dental Hygiene at Clark College. Alex is passionate about educating patients about the importance of dental care and helping set and achieve their optimal oral health care goals. He’s dedicated to providing the best care for his patients and enjoys seeing everyone around him smile.

When he’s away from his dental office family, Alex enjoys staying physically active, being with his wife, and sharing time with his family and friends.

Jasmine has worked in dentistry for more than 12 years. She started her career as a Dental Assistant in 2007 and joined the Ranieu Family Dental team in 2008. She contributes to our team as the Team Leader. Jasmine is passionate about continuing education to further her knowledge and skills and is a part-time teacher at Vancouver Dental Assisting School. During her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding at Lacamas with her daughter.

Reassuring that your main concerns will be addressed as well as your financial options. “My life changed completely, professional and personal, approximately 5 years ago. I got an opportunity to work in the dental industry. I love to help people and especially translate in Spanish. My main satisfaction and goal is seeing transformed smiles. When I am not in the office, I love to sing for the community and spend time with my 3 kids.”

Magali graduated from Vancouver Dental Assistant School. She is an insurance specialist and Spanish translator. She is passionate about helping patients understand the value of dental care. Outside of the office, Magali enjoys cooking, spending time with family and being outdoors with her girls enjoying sunny days.

As a Registered Dental Assistant, Claudia works with the entire dental team to provide the best level of care to our patient family. She’s great at working with our young patients so they feel comfortable and have positive dental experiences early in life. This sets the stage for a lifetime of good oral health. When she’s not teaching kids about brushing, flossing and how to care for teeth, she enjoys camping, fishing, and swimming. Her favorite season is summer because the weather is great and she can spend a lot of time outside while snacking on delicious local fruit.

A native Guatemalan, Fernando moved to the United States to provide a better future for himself and his family. Since then, he’s graduated high school, earned his Dental Assistant license, and is now in school to become a Dental Hygienist. Fernando cares deeply about each person that is part of our patient family. His drive to serve is rooted in the belief that each person deserves to have optimal oral health and total body wellness. Music is a passionate hobby, and in his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar.

Brittney always had a love for dentistry. She started her dental career as a lead orthodontic assistant and discovered she was quite talented at marketing, too. She combined her passions and now serves as our marketing and HR director. She balances her work life by spending time with her children, Madison and Jordan, and taking yearly family trips to create lifetime memories.

Lesly recently graduated from Fort Vancouver High School. She enjoys interactions with patients and the fast-pace of dentistry. When she isn’t in the office, Lesly loves painting and fitness. Weightlifting is something Lesly is passionate about because she loves challenging herself to reach her goals. What are team loves about Lesly is that she has drive to go above and beyond with any new task thrown her way.

Christine grew up in Bend, Oregon. Her favorite part about coming to work is getting to meet new people and get to know the patients and their family. Christine fills her time outside of the office dancing, hiking and spending time with her family.

Melody grew up here in Vancouver. She graduated from Columbia River High School and then continued her education here in Vancouver as well, earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology at Washington State University Vancouver, just last May of 2021. She plans on continuing her education, again, through Dental school in the near future. Working in the dental field, She enjoys the fast-paced environment working in the dental field and treating patients with the best optimal oral health that they deserve. This career gives her the opportunity to boost the confidence in patients through restoring their smiles.
